ABOUT

TYLER WALKER CONTINUES TO BUILD HIS REPUTATION AS ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT-AFTER COUNTRY ARTISTS IN THE REGION, HEADLINING CLUBS, EVENTS AND FESTIVALS ALL OVER THE FRONT RANGE.

Raised in a family of six kids, Tyler Walker discovered his love for music at an early age, banging out his own melodies on the family's old upright piano. He was infatuated with his parents' 8-track collection of such musical icons as Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, ABBA, Neil Diamond and of course, the king himself - Elvis. All these musical influences would later come together to create Tyler's intimate style and pure sound. With his powerful, tenor voice and his honest, sincere lyrics, audiences find a unique sense of charm and connection.

In 2004, Tyler's passion for music compelled him to pack up his '94 Honda Accord, leave his family and his college degree behind, and spend several years pursuing a recording and publishing deal in Nashville, TN.

Since that day, Tyler has continued to aggressively pursue his music dreams. In 2010 he helped form The Tyler Walker Band, which gained notoriety and much success throughout the Rocky Mountain region, including winning 'Band of the Year" in 2018 by the Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame and receiving multiple nominations at the Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards, such as 'Entertainer of the Year,' "Album of the Year' and 'Song of the Year.'

The band has opened for country music stars such as Big & Rich, Travis Tritt, Midland, Carly Pearce, Kane Brown, Clay Walker, Eric Paslay, Sawyer Brown and rock legends Foreigner and has been hired by promoters such as AEG Live and Live Nation to play at venues like Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque, The Fillmore in Denver, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
